About the atelier

Founded by architect Miguel Saraiva in 1993, the studio is widely recognized for its innovative and contemporary approach to residential, commercial, and cultural projects, seeking to create spaces that inspire people to live better and more connected to the world around them.

Founded in 2001, Habitat Invest is a private real estate investment company that stands out for its investments in urban rehabilitation, real estate promotion, and management. Currently, it is one of the main Portuguese asset managers and operates as a local partner for large institutional investors.

In its portfolio, Habitat has, in recent years, 13 completed projects consisting of 37 stores, 396 apartments, and 104 hotel rooms. Currently, it has 17 projects under development, with more than 2000 units planned.

With a complete range of services, Habitat Invest operates from investment to project and property mediation and management, covering the middle to high-end and tourism segments.
